Before your home is listed, Parin Jivraj along with Urban Realty, will ensure a comprehensive market analysis and certified home appraisal is completed, on your behalf, to establish the proper and accurate value.
In the event your home sells for more than the guaranteed price, you'll receive the actual sale amount and corresponding extra proceeds.
